Seihee Cho (b.2002) is a South Korean artist based in London. Having lived in Seoul, Bangkok, Auckland, Vancouver, and London, Seihee draws on her personal, multicultural experiences and expresses them through intensely focused drawings and delicately produced sculptures.
Weaving together a curious amalgamation of spaces and non-spaces, her body of work invites the audience to consider notions of in-betweenness, absence, liminality, and place attachment. She aims to deliver these ideas through a surrealistic lens as a way of storytelling, creating images that transcend reality and foreground the intangible aspects.
